Designed for use with a router, this strong, adjustable,  sloping ramp, made from aluminium, creates an extremely accurate jig for routing the sloping lips of wooden pipes.  The same device can also be used to rout the flues in the blocks, as part of the pre-voicing stage.  Accurate guides with ball-race bearings and various adjustment handles provide the basis for quick and efficient work, particularly on pipes that have  already been glued up.

It is necessary to mount the jig on a wooden frame of about 40cm height – which is not supplied, however.
