Individual 60° cones for hole diameters: 4/5/6/7/8/9/10/12/14/16/18/20 and countersinks up to 30mm dia.

These cones are designed for use in a high-speed pillar drill, enabling toe holes for the metal pipes to be countersunk cleanly and effectively.  Also note the following advantages:

• Both the hole and the countersink are burnt in one operation - no further work necessary.
• For each hole size, the depth of the countersink is limited by an automatic depth-stop resulting in uniformity of size.  This task can thus be carried out by unskilled workers.
• The burning-cone centres itself automatically by means of the protruding shank.
• Because the inside of the hole is also burnt, the passage of wind is streamlined, with advantageous implications for the voicing.
