The Hezel wire cutting device is designed to cut non-ferrous rigid wire such as brass, phosphor bronze, aluminium, but also steel and spring steel. 
The automatic length stop returns to its set position after each piece of wire is cut.  This ensures accurate cutting of even large quantities with the minimum of effort.
This device shears through solid material without leaving a burr and without waste.  It is particularly suitable for burr-free cutting of:

• Coupler wires
• Wire tracker-ends
• Guide pins
• Roller pin bearings
• Action-square pin bearings
• Spring wire
• ……

Wire sizes        1 – 8mm diameter possible
Shear holes      1  1.5  2  2.5  3  3.5  4.5  5  5.5  6  6.5  7  7.5  8 mm dia.
Diameters between these sizes can be cut using the next largest shear hole diameter.
