The configuration of this specially developed, fine hand hewn rasp ensures quick and clean performance when fitting metal pipes into their rackboards. 

Hand hewn rasps are notable for their sharpness, good non-clogging properties and increased removal of material with no increase in effort.  The advantages are a direct result of hewing each rasp individually.  Through this painstaking handwork no two rasps have an identical pattern of teeth.  This enables each tool to „work“  and because each tooth is hand hewn, they are thinner and, consequently, sharper.
Ideal for holes from about 40 – 50 mm in diameter. Our half round and round rasps are suitable for smaller diameters.
