Gasometer leather light brown
The light brown greenish gasometer leather is sanded on both sides and therefore has almost the same thickness over the entire surface of the hide. Therefore ideal for surface seals on bungs, valves, wind tunnels, etc.
The basis for gasometer leather is goatskin. A soft flat leather with velvety pile on the flesh side. Coat sizes 0.6 - 0.9 m². Thin approx. 0.5/0.6 mm, medium approx. 0.9 mm and strong* approx. 1.2/1.4 mm thicknesses are available.
